Anybody have contact information for a broker that’s buying trucks and moving them south? Prefer Calgary area but not essential. Thanks.

Used Ron last summer, easy peasy. Flies out a guy to drive it to Vancouver

So how well does this work for people? I have my truck listed and recently got a call from a guy who says he's a broker and will get my asking price within a couple weeks. I'm sure there are no guarantees. Guys asking for 299. To do it says he'll draw up his own adds and list in a million different places. Seems scam-ish, but semi believable.

SCAM. He's just after the $299.

I assumed as much fellas, thanks for the input! I didn't donate $300 to them! How do these other actual brokers work? Are deleted trucks still being exported?

Just call them up and have a chat with them. I sold my superduty through a broker last fall. Gave them the specs, sent some pics. They came back with a price and after a little haggling we agreed on a price. Met up with them a couple of days later, we went to the bank together and I watched him get a bank draft right in front of me. Did up the paperwork and we were done. Talking to them they had some criteria as far as year and mileage etc. They would NOT do a deal on any deleted diesels as the dealers and auctions they dealt with in the states would not accept anything with tampered emissions systems.

Sold a deleted dmax to Ron no problems.
He says chevs are easier to sell so mostly focuses on them, doesn’t touch Fords and rarely Dodge....

BS I have sold 2 fords and friend sold a dodge as well. At that time his first question to me was has the DPF been removed? I’d guess that it would substantially lower value but just a guess as markets and buyers change.
