at least with a stain, it does just that.... soaks through the plywood.... always did my decks with stain.... used the sand type paints inside trailers, and it work awesome

probably go the Medler route, Acrylic Semi Gloss Latex paint, put it on thick and won't have to worry :)

then buy glides and bolt them on.

Just use a solid color deck stain. It's cheap, easy to apply and easy to touch up. I used Olympic Maximum on my sled deck and its holding up just fine.

Regular semi won't hold up. Even letting it cure for a month, it won't hold up to moisture. You will be scraping it off and doing it over again..

You are better to go with a paint that is designed for what it is intended to do.

I've tried that paint but it hasn't stood up to the weather longer than 2 years for me.

Just bought a new enclosed and need to paint the floor. How did the rustoleum hold up over the last 4 years?

In my last trailer, I used a good oil based deck stain & it held up really well. Didn't want anything holding the moisture in (I'm lucky enough to usually have a spot for the trailer to dry out after trips).

Four and a half years later, I'm quite happy with the result of this liner product. Only thing is it didn't really add traction to the ramps. So maybe look at adding grit while the liner is wet. Or put some super glides over top.

Sounds good, be rare to see a sled in it

Thanks for the information.
