Trailer floor paint

So I put some glides on my new trailer today. I was thinking of painting or covering the floor. I need it to be cheap but actually last more then one season. Maybe deck paint??? I think bed liner would work the best but it is more then what I want to spend right now. What have you used and works, what doesn't and cost please too.

Hi I painted my enclosed trailer floor with sharkskin?(Cloverdale)(35-40$/gallon?) It has walnut shells in it. I used two to cover the floor and ramps

How long have you had it on there?

Try Behr deckover. It's pretty thick and you can get it with the sand mixed in for grip. I'm impressed with the product so far.

I looked at the Behr stuff. Looks like it might do the trick. 44 bucks for 4l can. Hoping that would be enough. Trailer is a 12' v nose triton.

That's what I was originally going to do the deck surface with. That or the epoxy based driveway sealer

Heard of guys going full on rino lining or bulldog but that's getting pricy.

I used that Behr deck/porch paint with the grit on it.

Cloverdale Sharkskin is also awesome.

I did the rhino lining in our enclosed. Expensive but holding up great.

The Canadian tire box liner crap is garbage.... Used it on a wood toolbox way back and it didn't hold up worth a chit. There is a product that partsource carries. It's 149$ for the kit which I believe is a 2 part but not sure how much that would do. Or how not would hold up. But a guy I work with said he's used it and it did a good job

You may want to try some concrete product companies such as NCA or unicon. And see if they have a coating recommendation.

I've got a 2 part kit sitting in the closet I was going to do the old chevy's box with. but the new dodge has the plastic box liner in it. Maybe I'll have to mix that up and use it.... good thinking....... now to find a "metal pail" to mix it up in.

that stuff doesn't work worth a dam.... daughter did her truckbox with it and its peeling/flaking... not good quality stuff at all................

Gator Guard? or an off brand? might be different on plywood?

we've seen lotsa box liner stuff come through, and it's always the bad ones are Canadian Tire self applied box spray, that they complain about....

at least with a stain, it does just that.... soaks through the plywood.... always did my decks with stain.... used the sand type paints inside trailers, and it work awesome
