Spend the $60 on a wireless or bluetooth inkbird thermometer and throw that in the breast. I want to try a turkey but there is only 2 of us so a turkey is major overkill. Did you smoke it the whole way through or do it at a higher temp?

I have 2 digital plug in that came with the grill,. I'm going to get a wireless for next year. I started low, then go hotter, then during the last 30-40min run it back down to low, like I said first turkey, I probably could have pulled it 1hr sooner,.. total cook time was about 5hrs

Has anyone tried Furtado pellets? They are Canadian Made. Traeger pellets are hard to find.
