The smells of homemade spaghetti sauce will be wafting through the kitchen this afternoon.

Mixed up 2 tubes of hamburger this afternoon.

Got 18 burgers.

They are in the freezer as I type

I will vacuum pack them tonight.

Tried something new this time.

I added 1/2 a can of Campbell's Mushroom soup and mixed it all in with bunch of other ingredients.

While mixing, I felt they were too dry so I added the rest of the can.

 

[ferniesnow]

This batch may be a little mushroom flavoured.

 

[ferniesnow]

First cooking will be interesting.

Probably start a small deck at work tomorrow. 12'x12' in front of the small cabin we have been working on.

It won't be high enough to require railing.
