Pulled out the outside floor joist (very rotten) and had no way to get the nails out. Little side grinder work and they were gone. Made up a 2-ply 2x6 and inserted it. A few problems raising the building and the biggest problem was as the building was raised at the front, it tipped the big skid toward the back. I found a way and gotter done.

The attic is insulated with shavings and I found a piece of newspaper that was talking about something in 1937. Not saying that was when the building was built as I will investigate further. It is an oldie that is for sure and in pretty good shape.

My truck only gets 3500 k a year on it so it sits a lot. I’ll often keep a battery tender plugged in during the summer lol
