How would I best explain and sumerize this to my mechanic? So I was ditch banging and jumped a bit of an approach, as soon as I landed I came on the throttle again but their wasn't much their, I then went back on the throttle twice but it would pull over 4000ish RPM. I then let go of the throttle and when it came to a stop she died. I went to go pull it over again and it was stiff as could be (pull rope maybe came out 6 inches), my first thought was that it seized, pulled the plugs and they were bunt brownish so perfect. My neighbor was gonna pull me out of the ditch and into his yard so we could load it. I then proceded to take the belt cover off to pull the belt.. The primary was in about an inch (The center bolt was sticking out about an inch). I then put the secondary sheave spreader screw (to take the belt out) into the secondary, I made maybe 3 turns and it hit on the center bolt of the secondary and couldn't move anymore. So I took it out and left the belt on. My neighbor hooked his sled up to mine and my sled slowly lurched forward as he pulled, it then made a loud popping noise near the clutch and everything loosened up, and wet back into place, as he pulled me across the highway the tracked grabbed even more and my sled started. We got into the yard and the sled was running fine it idled fine and I was even able to load it. I got it back home in the back of the truck, but was still curious. So I went to put the secondary belt remover tool in the secondary and it went in but it wasn't loosening the belt at all, after about six turns I took it out but the secondary didn't come back into place. I put the tool in once more and it took 6 turns before their was tension when turning the tool, it spread the clutch enough to get it off. I then took the clutch tool out but the secondary didn't come back. It's still sitting like that with the secondary spread and belt loose. Any thoughts? Thanks.
