Buddy sent me a 30 sec clip from one of his weekly 1 hr sensitivity training zoom meetings. It was a black woman telling all the people in the meeting that they have privilege because of their skin color and they need to renounce their whiteness. Then there was a 5 minute clip of an indigenous guy howling and beating on a drum. He told me he hasn't ever felt he was racist but now he thinks he's becoming that after being force fed this crap.

inclusion and diversity training is a real thing...... why do we need it? I really don't know..... most normal human beings can make people feel welcome, but for the few racist bastards we all have to suffer.
