got some of ours done, Inflatables on the front lawn, lasers on the front of the house, 2 strings on a birch tree that's on our deck, and 2 strings of icicles along the edge of the deck.

changed out 2/3 garage light bulbs to be red/green, now just have to do the lights along the front of the garage, and change out the bulbs on the gate at the end of the driveway.
