Two hours on the phone with Apple Support today.

First problem, the computer wouldn't load drivers. Got that fixed quickly.

Lost all the contacts in my Address Book.

That happened with a new update.

An hour and half later the nice helpful lady got it going and everything was back to normal.

I know of 2 people had there apple updated and a few month later the mother board failed

then back to the apple store for a new one
