i thinks i does. well after the soup incident, i had to tear down a leg from a 25hp outboard, redo the upper seals, lower seals, waterpump, and install a new bearing carrier. Then reweld the skeg on the bottom(mofo smoked sum rocks)
Then paint it all up and tank test it. All good!

I know who to get hold of if I need leg work done this spring... Couldn't get the plug out to drain the leg oil and now I fear if there was moisture in there I might be hooped...

yes plug is stripped.... long as the leg isn't cracked I'm good to go....

Rebuilt leg assembly for that thing would run me around $2k... which according to one teck might be cheaper than rebuilding mine...

When i gets fawked up drain screws that are chewed to nxt monday, i just use a hammer and a punch to get the thing movin.
