Start another liver cleanse period today

Got the green tea out.

Tea for 5-6 days in a row.

Weight this morning was down to where I feel good.

3 more pounds to get where I would like to stay.

Bike riding has been good but not too strenuous yet.

When I get both feet on the ground after a ride, I feel a little wobbly............that is a good feeling.
