Nothing better than ice cold swig of Apricot Brandy on the hill. I have been known to be respectful and try a shot here or there.

I remember meeting a guy at the Renshaw cabin a while back he had saddle bags on him M1000. One in each bag. He was a responsible guy and shared. I gave him the gears cause he needed the brandy to pull start that cat. Man the recoil on that sled was something else.

Speaking of booze............Quite a few years ago, I found a 26 of Crown Royal way back in the bush under an old plastic tarp. It was dated 1982 by the unbroken label around the neck of the bottle. I later found out that a guy by the name of Norm used to drive from the Alberta side into the upper Elk valley via Kananasikis. Norm and buddy had shot glass holders on the handle bars of his sled and used to ride around throwing back the whiskey. Apparently, they had stashes through out the upper Elk Valley. I still have that bottle in my cabinet to this day.
