Went to a new Ford dealer today and not a good feeling.

Thinking they would like to fleece me.

Pinion gear seal was leaking in last February and it was changed in Lethbridge. The dealer in SA wants to change it again for more than twice the cost that it was done for in Lethbridge.

An employee must not be required to change from one shift to another without at least 24 hours’ written notice and at least 8 hours’ rest between shifts.

Pinion seal easy peasy to replace,.. is the truck still under warranty?

They have said there are lots of repairs necessary; brakes front and rear (brake lining and rotor assembly), tie-rods, some u-joints rear axle seal, upper and lower ball joints on both sides, seal assembly.

Got all green check marks in Lethbridge and this dealer wants $6000 to get my truck up to snuff. I find it rather interesting.

I will take the Lethbridge invoice in tomorrow and show them that it was changed and ask what is going on. Why is it twice as much in SA?
