Cut up mushrooms, onions, shredded carrots, couple eggs, worcestershire sauce, powdered garlic, salt, and pepper all to taste. Also added cut up bacon pieces (six strips of bacon). Mixed altogether and let marinate overnight.

I use a CT burger press and the patties are 1/4 to 1/2 pound each.
