My house was warm and there was still glowing red wood in the stove when I got home at 5:30. Mind you, I did add wood before we left at 11:00 am.

Took a quad tire to CT in Fernie today for the second time as it is leaking again. Put new tires on in August and one has lost air twice from a poor bead seal.

Might have to put a tube in it.

While there, I bought a new avy shovel................HMK Mastic with the 42" handle for $67.00 on sale.

Thought that was a pretty good deal.

Then went to Pincher for the Hutterite chickens.

12 roasting chickens averaging 7 pounds each.

 

[ferniesnow]

Free range and taste just like the ones I used to have when I was a youngster.
