No, we manufacture overhead cranes for shops. They are the ones that you see inside of a large shop, usually in assembly factories.

The ones my dad started are Kaverit Crane and Teko Cranes.

I'm not sure how big ours is, but its around the same. The rest we let some other farmer take care of.

Ohhh i know what you're talking about. Those things are sweet. Make life in those metal shops a hell of a lot easier

Nice cattle? Is that al yours or do you have family in it to?

Had about 100 head of cattle till a few years ago. back then we only did 3500 acres. Dad and I both despised them so we got rid of them, and expanded the grain side.
Its my Dad, me, and a hired hand doing most of the grunt work. During harvest when we have 3 combines, and 2 semis going, my sisters and Grandpa run combine.
We also do about 10,000 acres of custom canola swathing a year with 2 30 foot swathers.

It keeps us busy haha.

Yeah, Teko is a Finnish word for "helping each other" The motto was "Lifting your business" In other words, buy our cranes to help us, and our cranes will help you.

Kaverit meant the same if I'm correct.

oh wow that's nuts. will you get a good enough crop planting this late?

yeah, the little we need to replant will just be drowned out spots. it (the drowned out spots) will still make 150 bpa min. unless something bad happens like the white combine. we look at it as any crop is better than a zero

No fawking kidding that's a lot of land for not many people. We have about the same in acres but have probably 15 people working full time including the 5 owners =. but we also run a 17,000 head yard and own another 20,000 in backrounders
