I have a surgeons appt on the 25th and will get a surgery date from there

I had ortho on my left shoulder years ago so tight now it squeaks audibly sometimes. Used to pop out all the time. Not sure if thats your issue but get well soon Trashy

I tore off the 2 main muscles and tendons, that make my shoulder move. Basically a rotator cuff, but much worse. After surgery I'm to expect a 92-97% recovery.

I will know when my surgery date is and how they are going to fix me.
Then it will be 6-8 weeks of recovery at home and then 2-6 months before I'll have full movement.
Hoping to be done with everything around Dec/Jan
