About 15 mins, flipped once, no splatter mess, hardly shrunk back and one layer of foil on the cookie sheet.

Probably never do bacon in a frying pan again, other than camping.

Kind of yes....... Crispy or over cooked is not the best, still edible but the cook should be for killing bacon

We like soft bacon, but there were some pieces, that did firm up nicely. Another 5-7 minutes could have been crispy, I would guess.

Oh and cookie sheet on on the bottom rack
