Good ol pecos and spanky helped me figure stuff out... I suffered a few medium sized mental breakdowns and fits of involuntary blind rage over it, beer seemed to help.

Yes, I here ya, Joel.

I didn't have enough "pressure" coming out of the regulators to light the furthest appliance down the line (it was the hot water heater). Replaced regulators and the cheapo cracked hoses (on a 1 year old trailer) and all is good. Friggin' regulator on the BBQ was great for 8 years and I treated it no different than the ones on the trailer.

drain your propane lines every fall, it makes a big difference! I start furnace and stove, then turn bottles off to drain the lines.

When I was searching for the propane leak.

I replaced the regulator and rubber lines.

Guy that recerted the tanks sells hoses and regulators. He even said appliances in campers are low quality and regulators can be a factor to get proper flow.

These new safety valves and hoses also restrict flow also.

No problems what so ever with the propane regulator or lines on my 1964 aristocrat. Guess they don't build them like they use to.

I've owned my trailer for 12 years and have never done this or heard of it.

I hadn't either until recently. However keeping propane in the lines and the cooling/heating of our winters could bugger regulator
