Whoooooooooooops..... I meant upgrading my ram from 4 to 6.

My hard drive is 256GB and almost full. I need an external drive... Damn T2i and its extra large files.

if you're gonna get an external, get a 1.5 or 2TB
any smaller and you are just wasting your money
and since you are just going to use it as storage get the 5200 RPM (or which ever is at the speed range)
since you'll never need the speed capacity of the 7200 or the 10000 RPM ones and you'll save money that way
