I'd sooner be there, and lake front than here
Would be nice if our place was a bit more lakefront, we are about 150' up a creek and its low and full of weeds. Water was 7' first time we looked. She low.

7' of water to low, is a big drop!!! I'd be ok with river front, but it would have to be a decent river all year round. For boating access to the lake
