110% Agreed. Except 10g goes a bit further on farm land, or something.... Gotta be responsible ya know. Not getting any younger... It would be nice to be part of the "property somewhat pays for itself crew". I'm not sure I want to wear rubber boots every day for the rest of my life, but my co-workers would probably a sh!t pile better than if I worked a white collar gig.
