The river is back in its banks here. kinda thinkin this coming week will be the setup and monday after easter we will be going all out!

I cant wait.........This site is great but sitting around all winter has gotten really old!

evenin zeebs :d I just been doing a bit of reading lately, and not much posting. Blue rare is, killed on the outside, and cold & pink on the inside. About 5mins of cooking time on HIGH heat

We just call it rare here...... I have never heard of blue rare.

Usually say throw it on and slap it on the ass a couple times and it's good to eat!

We have rare here too. the next time your out, ask if they can make you a blue rare???
