Yes, it is a plastic material. Seems to be good and less maintenance than wood.........said it again, eh!

I want to change my deck to that stuff.

Just like fake grass.

It is nice stuff. A little on the expensive side but well worth the effort. Everything underneath has to be treated or it is a waste of time and money. Cleans up well, the color sort of fades (I think it just gets a nice patina) with the strong rays of the sun these days, A good deck guy (a creative dude) will doo an awesome job with angles and inserts and your deck surface would have the "pop" and appeal similar to your turf!
