Well health wise you are what you eat.
Greasy food, and snack food and some takeout is not health.
I do try eat health food. Fruits, vegetables and a protein.

Thanks Doug. I started eating better years ago. Actually had more energy and felt better too.
Val is a big smoothy fan each morning. I go with cut up fruit with yogurt and granola on top.
Only thing is IMO the fruit is not the best quality sometimes.
Also I go every 3 days to purchase it.
The chit we put in our smoothies is amazing: avacado, coconut oil, cod liver oil, flax seed oil, banana, hemp seed, chia seed, protein powder, cinnamon, spurulina, 2 raw eggs, and a handful of blue berries or some other fruit. Sometimes I throw in some yogurt, spinach leaves, pineapple, etc.

As far as diet goes mine needs help. Some mornings wake up at 4 and out the door, next day 6:30 then 5 then 7:45. Everyone else in the house is usually sleeping so running a blender wouldn't fly... Some days I don't eat til 3:30pm then pig out. Throw in a six pack or two and its a disaster. Any advice or tips I would humbly for sure...
