Snow is deeeeeeep. You would be surprised how fast it can go...

I located 2x dry creek crossings with steep banks, 110m (2x)yesterday. waist deep gravy. I know its not that far but it made me sweat...

The drill bit. We drill/ream avg 3min/4.5metre. Faster in soft clays.

got that friggin nightmare behind me thank the stars in the sky. one of the guys was getting headaches while there, looked at the ceiling in the room. they painted it white but the mold and water leakage was everywhere. should be condemned. friggin bush camps!!!! there was a lot of snow out there about 3 ft on the flats with more in the bush. but sledding while working just plain sucks.

I got in late to the PTI camp up at around km200 on the Fontas road and the cook told us to just take an empty room. Opened one door and looked out the ceiling at stars. Ceiling and 3' of snow was on top of the bed... Brutal. All the pipeliners were partying in one other door I opened before I found an empty one! Lol

ya, typical camps. not sure how they keep them running, thought they were health inspected? if they are, i pity those that syayed in the ones that didn't pass.
