Top posters is a "running total" all day long. As you add posts at say 10pm today there are posts that you made at 10pm yesterday that are being deleted from your total. Get it? I had 279 posts at one time tonight and now I have 255. Thats the best way I can explain it. Lol.

That doesn't cut it for me. I think there is a time, say 12 midnight from 12 midnight and that is the count time. It could be from noon to noon or some other time but it is over a certain 24 hours. Maybe the counter doesn't change and reset itself to zero. That may have something to doo with it.
