Today wasnt a total waste. Found out my helmet cam has been lost in shipping so finally got ahold of the company at 6:30 p.m. (been trying since 8:30 a.m.) they got UPS putting a tracking device on it to find it. In the meantime the company is gonna send me another one and pay for overnight shipping and take an additional 20% off the the price I origionally worked with them (origional price decided on was $10 off asking price) so that come to a total of $36 off. So $104 for a ContourHD wont be so bad.
