Wrapped in foil and put them on the Weber until temp reached 180°. Smothered them with BBQ sauce and left them in the foil but open. Turned up the heat until internal temp was 190°.
Done just like Montana’s and fall off the bone.

Was a good funeral. Got to see lot's of cousins, that I haven't in years........
