Any person that is in the rv repair business these days must be busy. With the on slaught of people buying rv's there sure is a huge demand for tech's. And most RV's are junk so it keeps the repair shops in business.

2 of his techs have been with him for 30 yrs now. He treats them good and they are well paid. It helps as well that Brian still does all the painting and his son is being groomed to replace Dad down the road and take over and he can wrench as well as do custom interiors.
