Hot tub just kicked in so it's ok

Keypad lock on main door froze up.
Won't unlock unless use key. Even if I turn the unlock button on inside it won't open from outside

Had to go out to start truck. Seat is like sitting on a frozen sheet of plywood. Fired up no problem but had been plugged in all night. Let run for half hour before departing. Get good and warm.
