Oh boy … tough times to be an Oilers fan

Got that right. Actually, nailed it.
Arm chair managers have got the answers but they are not in Holland’s position. Pretty difficult place to be and maybe not an easy fix due to the availability of who would be a good fit for whatever job Holland thinks needs changing.
He has to do something and the age old saying comes to mind, “it is easier to fire the coach than the players”.....
