Haha.........saw a dude carving a pumpkin on IG yesterday. Did a pretty good job of it.

I saw one where they took the plastic jack-o-lantern pails, and adapted a solar light to go inside of it, I thought that was very smart

Not a big fan of day 2 ghetto bird. I find it gets a taste to it that is not appealing to me for some reason.

Makes sense for sure. Mine gets bathed for 24 hours in a cold mixture of spices fruit and water. And then it gets a bath in hot oil to completion. I find it doesn't get funky like an oven roasted one does.
