Dealing with insurance companies is painfull

Should be pretty straight forward. Bought it in BC, paid taxes, I would like insurance please.....

2 trips to Vulcan today. Got home and an email said I needed to renew my vehicle registration before the end of the month. Another $800 down the hole.
