Not really. regular shifts, overtime shifts, shift trades, real estate is keeping me really busy, so I do try have some days. lol

Mexico is booked for 10 days in December

Scratch the Salmon Arm fair off the bucket list.
Walked around and saw the rides, games of chance, animals, all the trivial stuff for sale in the buildings, and the food vendors. Found some great cabbage rolls with caramelized onions, green onions, and sour cream. I think there were some black olives in there somewhere also. Some mini-donuts and of course some Dutchman’s ice cream.
Friday afternoon, the crowds were minimal and it was quite enjoyable in sunshine and 29 degrees. The fair grounds in Salmon Arm has a lot of trees creating plenty of shade with benches underneath. It was quite enjoyable.

So I had a humbling phone call today.

The company I did snow removal for last year, knows that I’m here in Fort Macleod and asked me to come back and push snow for them again this winter. If I’m interested, they like to have a meeting with me and negotiations and go from there.
