Everything in the lower cabinets, we clean right out. No paper nothing (napkins, paper towels, and the boxes of wrappings, etc..), all the dish towels and cutlery. We hate starting off the new season cleaning up mouse poop.

I totally understand Ken. In between trips a couple years back, we forgot a bag of frozen shrimp in the freezer. Good thing that I went out the next day to get something because they were thawed and just starting to stink. Rotten sea food is the worstest!
