deployed a gas thingy on a pocket gopher mound/hole tonight, hopefully got the little fawker.

came home from holidays to a big mound, and then another mound today, found the hole in the new mound and launched the gasser in that one, neighbor gave me a gasser, I'll buy more tomorrow and do the other mounds too.

Mix a bit of gas and diesel. Pour in hole. Put rock on top. Cover with dirt. Night night

I left my jerry can full of diesel at the cabin for the equipment up there, may have to try that though too

these are actual pocket gophers or "moles" not the Richardson Ground Squirrels if that makes any difference.
