I suppose a few cowboys in your area would be happy with some rain, but the hail would be better for the farmer now.
Put these crops out of their misery….
Not sure how much rain it would take to get these pastures revitalized Brett. They are absolutely destroyed in this area. It would take days of steady rain and cool
Temps to bring them back at this time of the year. I wouldn’t be surprised some of the grass will just die out for good and be replaced with weeds. Kochia and Canada thistle seem to be the only things green that are thriving this year and even they are hardened off and spray is hit and miss on them it seems.

I laugh at Doug, the Moderator. Shut off the gas and wonders why there is still a charge. We, on the site, have been complaining about that same BS for quite awhile now.
All the “other” charges on the bills for gas and power have been higher than the cost of product. They are still delivering gas to your line Doug. The line in your yard is full and ready to go and they feel they have the right to charge you for that service.
I don’t agree with the way the government has allowed them to manipulated the billing process but that is life in the fast lane. Phucking crooks. All of them.

you have power completely shut off? no work lights?
I have very little electrical left in my house, as electricians have removed almost everything except for basement bathroom and basement laundry. Absolutely zero lights on the main floor
