Thursday Morning, Checking in post.
Put problem trailer wheel back together last night, inspected other 3, one more has failed, glad I caught it before it caused grief.

This spring has failed on both hubs on passenger side.
Pulled drivers side all apart and inspected everything and adjusted brakes as well........ Cyle would be pissed at me for wasting time servicing trailer brakes.

Wow… tons of work.
What year is the original build?
(I see the roof is sheeted with boards, not plywood..!?😳)
House was built in 1967 and yes 1x6 for for the roof and fir for the trusses.
Paper back R12 in the walls and Canadian Zonolite in the attic.
I had 4 different ceiling elevations, is why I dropped them all. And to re-insulate them properly
