my shoulders aren't the greatest either and he has been helping me with them also, big difference after 5 months, way less pain and better range of motion....I am a believer of a good physio therapist now, way better than pills

me is getting a tune up 6-8 weeks

acupuncture and a massage

its keepin me moving
