I'm getting jerked over from Camrose Chrysler about my extended warranty on my 2012 Jeep.

Paid $2000.00 extra and they said it was honorable and ANY Jeep stealership, but yet I had to pay $750.00 for my Jeep today

I ran into that scenario a few years ago and it was a surprise to me too. It's like insurance. There is a deductible everytime something gets fixed.

We have no deductible, but they are isolating what they call WARRANTY or not. When I bought the Jeep, pretty much everything was covered and the lady who sold it to us, is no longer there
