After the home inspection was complete, they sent over a list of things they wanted done at my expense. After I already did a 45K price drop.
I countered this morning and used their inspection against them for most of their requests and a couple of the other ones, I was ok with doing.
So my realtor has sent my counter back this afternoon and now we wait again.
