I wrote a proper polite phuck off email. With accurate points to prove them wrong.Yes Doug, inspectors can be ruthless and to the point of down right liars. I sometimes think there is a link between the prospective buyer and the inspector they choose. One would never prove it to a court and the hassle wouldn’t be worth the problems.
Were you polite when you told them to phuck-off? Not really eh.
Nice straight lines buddy! Hahause gps for snow plowing
Yeah procrastinated myself out of spending the cash lol. That’s snow pushed from one end of the yard to the other. No more piles on the grass. Usually a healthy pile of gravel in the grass in the spring when the snow piles melt. I got smarter lolYou got way more snow than Calgary.
Kind of surprised you don't have a snow bucket on that rig
Did the report come with pictures, and documentation of the pictures..Just got our inspection report back form the buyer of our house and the inspectors, should have their license pulled!!!
I understand what they do, but to be completely inaccurate is not acceptable. And then the buyer wanting to do his own electrical and plumbing at hus accelerated costs, is even a bigger joke.
Long story short, we are telling the buyer and his agent to eff off. Or be realistic in what they want, because now its just an open end cheque.......
