Just got an email from the management company that is renting us the condo we are staying at in Arizona in 2 weeks and they said they will be doing long overdue pool and hot tub maintenance for the first 2 weeks in November. Replacing some plumbing and replacing the roofing on the shower/washroom building. I guess there will be no 9pm rums and hot tub time or pool time during the day

I emailed them back and asked them for a discount on the property because this was the main reason we chose their property.
