Sat in hot tub for an hour last night. Took more drugs had good sleep, feeling somewhat better today. Was able to load plywood and bags of insulation onto my truck without feeling out of breath. Two days ago I could hardly do the stairs in the house without feeling winded.

Will try hot tub again tonight. Maybe add some whiskey and hopefully another really good sleep
