Trim work and flooring with transition pieces complete. 1 more 1/2 day in the house tomorrow and then 3-4 days in the yard. Hoping not that long, but that's the max time frame I'm giving myself

I'm not really losing any weight, but my flexibility and mobility is really increasing. Doesn't hurt to bend over and tie my shoes LOL

Looked at job prospect today. A paan-bode with some lower log rot, along with joist rot, and some floor rot. A lakeshore property owned by an Albertan who comes and goes and expects things to be cool without maintenance. Floor rot from a leaking washing machine (been leaking for a few years) that seeped into the floor joists. Lots of rot in the floor joists. The joists are suspended on a footing and are about 12” from the ground. No poly on the dirt. A major undertaking and everything has to be done from the floor.
I passed. Don’t need the headache and the hassle of anticipated problems.
