On the phone with Visa trying to find out where my new cards are? Wife’s was compromised so they are sending us 2 new ones in late August. Supposed to happen in 4/5 business days. Probably lost and have to wait again.
my internet provider has a "press 1 and keep your place in queue and we'll call you back option".... I much prefer that.40 minute wait the recording says.
You want to know what’s a long time? 38 minutes on hold and get an agent and 2 minutes into my call she disconnects me. FFS!!!!! Now waiting 28 minutes and counting to get someone again so I can tell them my problemthat is a long time
Yeah this is Visa. Just an update still on the phone waiting. Got disconnected from the second agent after 33 minutes and called a third agaent who spent 20 minutes trying to figure out what was going on. He said I now need to talk to the fraud dept. Adding in from the 3rd agent call I'm sitting at 2 hrs and 4 min. Glad its on their dime. Ruined my afternoon thoughYa that’s bullish!t Ken
