Happens before 9pm now
Ken, you described my symptom's perfectly. Almost every night I wake up with my esophagus full and ready to come out. Then I go to a chair and sleep sitting up, until it goes away. Thanks for the advice, I'll make a Dr.'s appt and get someDoug go see your doctor and get yourself prescribed on pantaprozol. Pill in the morning and one before you eat supper. Take it every day and no issues anymore. I used to actually burp up acid in the night and have to get out of bed and spit it out as throat and tongue were burning from the acid. My 2 triggers are tomato paste (pizza, lasagna, pasta) and popcorn with butter made in oil. On those nights I have a large glass of milk as well before bed and 4 200mg Advils. Don’t know why the Advils work but they do. Haven’t had heartburn now in years.
