what is the process for drying garlic?
This year I cut off the tops, peeled some of the parchment of the discoloured ones, clean it with a hose, and get all the dirt out of the roots. Then let it dry, rotate through the drying process, and then put into onion bags. Store in a cool dry place and it will last for at least a year or more.

Do you roast your own too Doug? Have you tried roasting it on your smoker?
